Social 360 Suite uses OAuth 2.0 for secure access and never stores raw credentials or passwords.


6. Data Retention and Deletion

We retain your data only for as long as necessary to provide services and comply with legal obligations.

When you disconnect or delete an account:

  • All access tokens and associated social media data are deleted within 24–48 hours.

  • Backups and logs containing minimal technical records are deleted within 30 days.

  • You can request complete account deletion anytime via support@social360suite.com.

Facebook/Instagram Data Deletion

Users who connected via Facebook Login can request data deletion by:

  1. Going to Facebook Settings → Apps and Websites

  2. Removing “Social 360 Suite” integration

  3. Sending a data deletion request to support@social360suite.com


7. Data Security

We employ strong technical and organizational security measures, including:

  • HTTPS and end-to-end encryption for all communications

  • Role-based access control for internal data

  • Secure token storage and periodic access key rotation

  • Regular security audits and vulnerability scans


8. Sharing of Information

We may share limited data only with:

  • Cloud providers (for hosting and data storage)

  • Payment processors (for subscription billing)

  • Analytics & crash reporting tools (for performance improvement)
